All orders are shipped via https://www.royalmail.com/ or https://www.parcelforce.com/ for larger bulk orders and International shipping we only use Parcelforce, Orders are shipped TRACKED signed for delivery, you will receive tracking details via email, International orders once shipped delivery times depend on the courier/postal service to the destination countries as this is out of our control. Also the tracking can change depending on the destination country, International orders it’s the customers responsibility to pay import fees.

Dispatch Times

We aim to ship orders received by 12pm Monday – Friday the same day. Orders are usually delivered the next working day after dispatch. We cannot guarantee same day dispatch at the moment. (Due to COVID19 situation delivery schedules will be updated as information is available from the courier/postal service) You will receive tracking number via email, Tracking will be forwarded to you from any time
between 5.30pm to 23.30pm, the order will be shipped by the warehouse team and the sales assistant dealing with your order will forward you the tracking number via a link.

We aim to ship orders received by 12pm Monday – Friday the same day. Orders received Saturday & Sunday will be shipped Monday.

Please note that we are experiencing higher order volumes at the moment, same day dispatch is not always guaranteed.

Usually delivered the next working day. This service is not currently guaranteed.

Note: for processing orders, excluding weekends and holidays. Once an order is processed, it is then shipped with the selected shipping method chosen at checkout. We DO NOT offer a Saturday shipping service.

Usually delivered within 1-2 days. Some deliveries are taking 2-4 days or longer!

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Standard Tracked Delivery)
Usually delivered within 2-4 days. Some deliveries are being delivered within 4-6 days or longer!

Royal Mail Special Delivery
Usually delivered the next working day by 1pm. Some deliveries are arriving later in the afternoon.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

All order require a signature. (please see above message regarding Corna Virus)
If no one is in to receive the package, it can be collected from your local Royal Mail Post Office or Collection Office which will be identified on a card your postman will post though your door or, if you prefer, you can re-arrange delivery by calling the telephone number on the card.
