CCELL® has a unique patent ceramic formula. This allows the CCELL® cartridges and pod systems to absorb and vaporise high viscosity oil more efficiently and effectively, eliminating the “burnt taste” you will experience in other cartridges and pod systems currently available.

As we are a wholesale / reseller for CCELL® please fill out the contact us form for pricing for orders over 1000 units plus. We have an online store that consumers can purchase directly from us.

Although it is recommended to use CCELL® we personally do recommended for better overall experience use cartridge and pods with CCELL® batteries for the best results but it is not required.

1. CCELL® will provide repair or replacement under warranty according to the following terms and conditions:1. Warranty provides repair or replacement free of charge for defective and damaged products within 180 days from the date of purchase proof of purchase will be required.

2. The Warranty does not cover personal items or consumable attachments, including but not limited to; metal adaptors and USB cable.

3. The Warranty does not cover any non-CCELL® brand products even in the case of their direct involvement. I.E. if you are not using a CCELL® cartridge with a CCELL® battery we cannot guarantee the warranty.

We always recommend testing your oil with the standard 2.0 aperture hole cartridges first. However, if your oil is more viscous, we recommend testing the other aperture holes as well that we have . We find that thinner oil works better with smaller aperture holes from overall feedback from clients.

THC/CBD distillate we recommend inlet hole size 1.0mm to 2mm depending on the viscosity of your oil, CCell cartridges are designed for thicker oil, using larger inlet holes for THC/CBD the cartridges will burn more oil quickly, overall your wasting the oil then.

Extracts/Sauce/Resin/Rosin/type of products for cartridges we recommend 2.0mm inlet holes or 2.5mm as extracts are more viscous depending on the mix ratio used.

We cannot start production of orders until a physical sample has been approved by the customer unless it is a reorder. All customised orders will require a physical sample made first, the cost for sample depends on how complex the design is and what's involved, on average cost is around £120 GBP, once we have all the information we can forward you costing, Art work needs to be in vector format,  Production only starts once approved and contracts signed and payment made.

Yes. We have had customers move to rosin cartridge and have found that the 2.0mm or 2.5mm aperture hole in the cartridges works best for this product, depending on the ratio mix used

The main difference is that Polycarbonate cartridge require a Arbor Press to cap and seal whereas the Glass cartridge are just screw on to seal. In addition, the polycarbonate cartridges have (2) collars on them vs. Glass just have a collar on the bottom of the cartridge.

Really depending on the branding and style but the most popular mouthpiece for the glass cartridges is the ceramic black or white duckbill. The most popular mouthpiece for the polycarbonate cartridges is the clear barrel or clear duckbill.

All CCELL® products have a failure rate of 1% or less.

Our turn around times for customisation depends on the scope of the customisation required and complex of design all this is through our manufacturer partner, we only start production once contracts have been signed. Estimated times are 4 to 6 weeks, minimum order quantities are required for customisation products, Art work samples need to be in vector format, cost for samples before production is started is £120 GBP, once the samples have been approved and paid for only then production will start. Customers who make payments via Bank Transfer or Crypto Currency that want to collect products (Ordering min pieces 300 units) can do so, Once the payment is confirmed we will forward you a collection point, where you will be able to collect your order between the times quoted and when the order is ready for collection , you will only be able to collect the order once we have emailed you or texted you a unique reference code, this code will need to be shown to the receptionist otherwise you won't able to collect your order.

Delivery times and options can be found on the main page under Delivery / Shipping Schedule. Tracking will be forwarded to you from 5.30pm to 23.30pm, the order will be shipped by the warehouse team and the sales assistant dealing with your order will forward you the tracking number via a link.

Shipping orders over 50 units the packaging will be flat packed this applies to our disposable range of products.
